lovely viewfriendly staff
The view from the double room lake view was lovely. I could see the lake so clearly. i loved the friendly staff. They were very attentives. breakfast included many options i enjoyed. the accommodation had a wonderful balcony overlooking the lake.
the cars driving at night kept me awake. i am a light sleeper.

The bus stop IS right in front. The location is great for sightseeing and going to restaurants. The breakfast was simple and satisfying. It had endless coffee.

the location was great, right across from the promenade. i enjoyed the clean and well-managed facilities. breakfast offered lovely choices. the receptionist was really helpful.).
the noise from the neighboring area was noticeable at night, especially with the window open. it was a minor issue but worth mentioning.

My room included a comfortable bed and a spacious layout. the room also had a balcony with a fantastic view. I really enjoyed it. i could watch the sunset every night.

the hotel is close to the train station. the reception area was cute, and the staff was available to assist with any questions. access to chillon castle was also quite simple using the nearby bus service.

the breakfast choices were fantastic, with a wide array of options to start the day. i especially liked the fresh pastries and the variety of fruit available each morning. (the coffee machine made a great cappuccino!) the dining area was kept clean.

The location was great. It allowed convenient access to nearby attractions and transport.
The portable air conditioner was very loud. also, the towels seemed quite worn. They lacked the plushness i would have expected. i requested a refund for the breakfast and am awaiting reimbursement.
